📋 Description

‱ Provide responsive and professional customer service through various communication channels ‱ Coordinate and manage dispatch activities, ensuring technicians are assigned and scheduled efficiently ‱ Support daily administrative functions within the MSP environment, maintaining accuracy in documentation and records ‱ Use tools such as ConnectWise, Microsoft applications, and 3CX phones to manage workflows and client communications ‱ Monitor incoming tickets and service requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper task delegation ‱ Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and enhance service delivery ‱ Assist with reporting, tracking KPIs, and organizing client or internal communications when required

🎯 Requirements

‱ Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support, ideally within an IT or Managed Services environment ‱ Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through ‱ Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT service tools ‱ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a remote, collaborative setting ‱ Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in IT systems and continuous learning ‱ Previous work in an MSP, IT support, or technology-focused administrative role preferred ‱ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools ‱ Experience with ConnectWise and 3CX is an asset ‱ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ‱ A proactive and personable attitude, with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
