Description

• As the Wrike Sales Development Rep, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers • Establish relationships and identify customer needs • Qualify prospects and improve conversion rates • Support marketing efforts • Conduct research on prospects and personalize outreach • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Executives, and Marketing • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce

Requirements

• Full fluency in English, Italian and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) • Bachelor’s Degree • 1+ years experience in Sales Development or similar role • Positive and energetic phone skills • Excellent listening and writing skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems • Eligibility to live and work in the EU • Strong work ethic and a 'Can Do' attitude • Additional European language is a plus
