• Build and manage a distributed SDR team (US and India) from scratch • Source, interview, hire, and onboard A-players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment • Create and refine outbound playbooks, sequences, and targeting strategies • Set up and optimize SDR tech stack (Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.) • Jump on calls yourself to test messaging, train the team, and close gaps • Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and run daily standups • Partner with marketing on lead scoring, ICP refinement, and campaign alignment • Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops • Build compensation plans and career paths that attract and retain top talent
• Have 4-5 years in B2B SaaS with hands-on SDR/BDR experience • Have built or scaled SDR teams at high-growth startups • Are comfortable working EST hours and managing global teams • Can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution • Have a track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets • Thrive in ambiguity and can build processes from zero to one • Know how to spot talent and coach reps to success • Are data-driven but understand the human side of sales
