• Play a crucial role in maintaining and improving card products within Xapo • Ensure Xapo customers receive premium and secure card services • Lead different initiatives to optimize all cards processes • Interact with various teams including Anti Financial Crime, Customer Success, Product, Reconciliations, Payments, and Tech teams • Collaborate with other teams • Perform under pressure to meet deadlines • Showcase strong interpersonal skills • Positive and collaborative attitude essential • Understand operative model and functioning of Xapo Bank

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a Cards department of a bank or fintech • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, economics, or related field • Deep understanding of Cards transactions processing, security, fraud prevention, and disputes management • Experience with card schemes (Visa and Mastercard) and card partners • Team leading experience is a plus
