Description

• Play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Xapo’s card products • Develop intuitive and valuable card solutions for global customer base • Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers to improve customer experience • Ensure card products adhere to Card Scheme requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations • Develop and execute overall card product strategy • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Create and manage comprehensive product roadmap • Lead cross-functional teams in the development, enhancement, and launch of card products • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for card products • Collaborate with external partners and vendors • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 5+ years • Subject matter expertise in financial services, card payments, and operations • Experience working in Bitcoin or Cryptocurrencies • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles • User-centric mindset • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • Fluent in English • Dedicated workspace • Reliable internet connection • Devices and other essential equipment that meet minimal technical specifications • Alignment with Our Values
