Description
• Develop and implement global sales compensation strategies aligned with business goals • Design and refine sales compensation plans • Drive analytics projects to evaluate effectiveness of compensation plans • Communicate sales compensation plans to the sales force • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Lead a team of commissions analysts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • 7+ years of experience in sales compensation design • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in compensation software and CRM tools • Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations related to compensation
