Requirements

• Previous experience in a Lead Engineer/Technical Lead role • Ability to make code design decisions • Audit codebases • Ensure team products meet engineering standards • Strong technical skills with AWS products (Cloud Networking) and Terraform • Curious mindset • Knowledge of what good looks like in engineering • Experience of contributing to discussions on new standards and revisions • Passion for leading others • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring engineers
