Description
• Business Analyst Senior Manager instrumental in driving XO Health’s overall business architecture and ensuring timely delivery • Work directly with senior business leads to analyze and document business requirements, refine scope, and document associated test requirements • Manage and mentor a small team of business analysts, create process and standards, track and maintain business requirements and associated documentation effectively • Assist with project documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and meeting coordination • Implement strategic initiatives and set the tone for day-to-day inner workings of internal teams and clients • Help rebuild trust in healthcare through comprehensive transformation
Requirements
• Management and mentoring experience of small team of business analysts and representing the analyst function within cross-functional forums • Experience in the development of standard processes and templates to write requirements accurately and concisely • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Recent experience in healthcare and/or life sciences as a Business Analyst for large, complex projects • 10+ years’ experience as a business analyst or subject matter expert • Experience working in Agile environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously with multiple external partner involvement • Experience in capturing and documenting business workflow, test scenarios, and ongoing process improvement opportunities • Excellent analytical and modeling skills • Ability to problem solve, influence, and offer automated suggestions/ideas • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, reduce manual intervention, and foster collaboration • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills • Experience with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence
