• The Business Project Manager will be instrumental in XO Health’s execution of its business architecture. As a part of the Project Management team, this person will work closely with Business Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to support the success of key initiatives and product launches that informs and drives insight to ensure XO’s success. The Business Project Manager assists in setting the tone for the day-to-day inner workings of internal project teams, and ultimately ensures a positive, productive atmosphere.
• Recent experience in a health plan, leading large, complicated projects through the complete project lifecycle. • 7+ years of experience as a project manager. • Experience working in an Agile environment and able to implement/drive project lifecycle methodology. • Experience managing and reporting day-to-day project activities such as defining deliverables, roles, and responsibilities. • Experience with leading and participating in user acceptance testing. • Experience with certification/accreditation such as HITRUST. • Experience with leading projects with significant technology enablement. • Experience with minimizing project risk and risk documentation. • Understands and applies leading-edge project management methodologies to drive deliverables. • Excellent analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to problem solve while demonstrating influencing skills. • Ability to reduce manual intervention by offering more automated suggestions/ideas. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect. • Built constructive relationships to foster collaboration and cross-functional thinking. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Monday.com, preferred. • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
