Description

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating data warehouses and BI tools • Support company growth by developing KPI visualizations • Build business cases and uncover actionable insights • Analyze patient lifecycle, marketing funnel, and trends • Communicate insights to influence strategic and tactical decisions • Study CAC, LTV, and Sales ROI for resource allocation decisions • Lead and implement data-related projects and solutions • Design and implement ETL / ELT processes and DWH infrastructure

Requirements

• Hands-on Senior Data Analyst with 4+ years experience in SQL and BI Tools • Proficient in data engineering, ETL / ELT tools, and DWH architecture • B.A./B.Sc. degree focusing on statistical and analytical skills • Effective communication of analytics outcomes to business stakeholders • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously • Plan, prioritize, and develop data solutions to support business growth • Self-motivated, independent, organized, and proactive • Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable with multiple teams • Excellent communication skills in English • Aligned with values of being entrepreneurial, global minded, passionate, empathetic, and making a positive difference in the world • Nice to have experience with product/marketing analytic tools such as Mixpanel, Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize • Nice to have experience with Python for statistical analysis
