• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the company • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates • Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in a corporate environment • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
