📋 Description

• Independent contractor responsible for managing end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, working autonomously and aligned with client needs. • Conduct profile analysis, job posting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and presentation of finalist candidates. • Ensure pipeline organization, clear communication with hiring managers, and timely deliveries. • Focus on quality, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience, adapting to different requirements, deadlines, and hiring models.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within HR consultancies. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.). • Skilled in conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral tests. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Active CNPJ (registered company) to provide services as an independent contractor. • Availability to work remotely.
