<Yapp> is a SaaS HR technology platform that centralizes and guides recruitment and selection processes for companies. It combines an applicant tracking system with a decision-guidance methodology (described as a 'GPS'), AI-driven candidate analysis and matching, automated communications (WhatsApp, email, SMS), real-time dashboards and reports, and optional consulting/auditing services to optimize hiring and candidate experience.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain digital products in production • Work full stack across different layers of the application • Build backend services using Node.js and/or Golang • Develop web and mobile applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, React and React Native • Develop and consume REST APIs • Design and apply software architecture, design patterns and best practices • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Use Git and modern software development and delivery processes • Implement unit, integration and test automation • Work with CI/CD, containers and cloud environments • Implement observability, logging, metrics and monitoring • Analyze complex problems and make technical decisions considering impact, cost, time and sustainability • Drive issues from understanding through to production resolution • Collaborate with different disciplines • Evolve and modernize legacy systems using Java and/or PHP • Work with distributed architectures, microservices and event-driven systems • Build high-scale applications and systems that handle large volumes of data • Work with queues, streaming and asynchronous processing • Publish, monitor and maintain apps on the App Store and Google Play • Apply strategies for updating, versioning and distributing React Native applications • Work with geolocation, maps, telemetry, IoT or real-time data processing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Software Engineering and developing digital products in production • Experience with Full Stack development across different layers of an application • Experience with Node.js and/or Golang (Go) for backend services • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with React and React Native • Solid knowledge of mobile applications for iOS and Android • Experience with REST APIs • Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and development best practices • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with Git and modern software development and delivery processes • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing and test automation • Familiarity with CI/CD, containers and cloud environments • Knowledge of observability, logging, metrics and monitoring • Ability to analyze complex problems and make technical decisions considering impact, cost, time and sustainability • Autonomy to drive issues from understanding to production solution • Good communication and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines • High school diploma (completed) • Nice to have: experience with AWS • Nice to have: experience with Java and/or PHP, especially with legacy systems • Nice to have: experience with distributed architectures, microservices and event-driven systems • Nice to have: experience with high-scale applications and large-volume data systems • Nice to have: knowledge of queues, streaming and asynchronous processing • Nice to have: experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Nice to have: experience publishing, monitoring and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play • Nice to have: knowledge of updating, versioning and distributing React Native applications • Nice to have: experience with geolocation, maps, telemetry, IoT or real-time data processing • Position open to people with disabilities
