📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for skilled trades hiring across multiple clients. • Track recruiting performance, identify gaps, and coach recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate quality. • Ensure each client’s recruiting strategy is executed correctly and adjusted when results slow down. • Monitor recruiting pipelines and make sure candidates are moving through the process quickly. • Ensure candidate submissions meet quality standards and recruiters are properly evaluating experience and fit. • Work with internal teams to ensure recruiting operations run smoothly and client expectations are met.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting • Prior experience mentoring or leading recruiters strongly preferred • Excellent written and spoken English communication • Strong critical thinking and recruiting evaluation skills • Comfortable working U.S. business hours • Ability to lead a remote team and maintain accountability • Reliable internet connection with backup contingency for power or internet interruptions • Strongly Preferred Experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles • Experience recruiting for U.S. companies • Experience using recruiting systems such as HubSpot, Recruitee, and Slack
