📋 Description

• Qualify inbound DACH leads: respond quickly, assess fit against our ideal customer profile, and convert good-fit leads into SQOs • Run discovery: ask questions that go past the initial request to understand the real project, the pain points, and the buying context • Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives with clean, complete notes • Keep the CRM accurate and stay on top of follow-ups and timing • Contribute to the team's monthly SQO and MRR targets

🎯 Requirements

• You speak German at native level (C2) and English fluently (C1) • Spanish, Italian or French are a plus • You are genuinely interested in tech and comfortable talking to technical buyers • You are organized and structured, and you care about being fast to first contact • You are curious and dig into a prospect's situation rather than taking the first request at face value • You want to build a career in Sales • You use AI tools to work smarter, whether to research prospects, sharpen your outreach, or speed up qualification • Experience with a CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, outreach platforms) is welcome but not required
