📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic direction of your accounts end-to-end and lead clients proactively rather than reacting to requests. • Translate GTM understanding into organic growth strategies that contribute to pipeline and revenue. • Manage stakeholders clearly: understand their motivations, align expectations, and lead difficult conversations. • Apply thoughtful prioritization to concentrate efforts on initiatives with the highest impact. • Communicate in a structured and clear way, always at the appropriate strategic or operational level. • Deliver consistent, scalable, standardized quality across your accounts. • Drive new ideas, automation, and growth opportunities that advance the discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in SEO, organic growth, or GTM/growth consulting, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or B2B environment • GTM understanding and the ability to think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics • Strong stakeholder leadership: you align people and conduct difficult conversations with confidence • Structured, clear communication at the appropriate strategic and operational levels • Thoughtful prioritization and an 80/20 mindset • An ownership mentality that takes responsibility for the client’s success end to end • Strong AI proficiency for research, analysis, and workflow use • Excellent German and strong English language skills • A growth mindset that rejects stagnation
