• Join the Criminal Defense Revolution at Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law! • At Michael & Associates, we’re not just defending clients—we’re revolutionizing what criminal defense can be. • As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client experience. • Handle 50-100 inbound calls a day, serving as the welcoming voice. • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism. • Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity. • Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification). • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
