• The Strategic Account Executive role is focused on growing the professional services and managed services resell business by building relationships with CEOs, CTOs and other company executives. • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business process. • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and business landscape. • Open to travel to Berlin, Munich and Zurich occasionally • Present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers. • Lead account strategy and work collaboratively with Google Sales and Customer Engineering team to identify new opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in software sales or client-facing role at an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) software company. • Preferably experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software. Direct experience with Google Cloud or a Google Cloud enablement partner(preferable) • Experience leveraging C-level relationships with executives. Experience with large, complex commercial and legal discussions, working with procurement, legal, and business teams. • Experience working with and managing vendor relationships in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors. • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
