• Drive top line revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand AI and automation adoption • Manage and nurture key customer relationships • Use data insights, intent signals, and adoption analytics to prospect effectively • Create quarterly territory and account plans • Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk’s AI Resolution platform for CX and ES • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Maintain a robust, well qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting • Build and sustain C-level executive relationships • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams • Negotiate and close high value, enterprise scale deals • Stay current with industry trends, AI advancements, and competitive landscapes.
• 8+ years of cloud/software B2B sales • Proven success navigating complex Enterprise sales cycles • Demonstrated success selling into Enterprise organisations ($1B+ in revenue) • Strong track record of quota attainment • Skilled in engaging VP and C-level executives • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities • Experience creating and executing territory and account growth plans • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required • Willingness to travel as needed for customer and team engagements.
