📋 Description

• Working with the regional GTM team (from Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Success, Services and the Sales Development) to build and execute on a regional sales plan • Provide strong leadership, vision and direction. • Working with our regional Alliances team to identify, source, onboard appropriate channel & alliances partners and to drive revenue through both direct and indirect channels. • Set and execute customer acquisition strategy across Direct inbound and through our Partner ecosystem. • Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition financial performance targets and implement strategies for expansion • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, includes recruiting, on-boarding and training new sales reps and sales managers. • Reporting on all aspects of the business to the Executive Leadership team. • Lead overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management • Plan and lead at both the strategic and operational levels

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software/SaaS (ideally in a CX, CRM, AI) • 4+ years of sales leadership experience with 6-8 seniors AEs in the team within software/SaaS organizations on a SEA regional role. • Experience sales teams selling to enterprise accounts & closing deals ranging from <$100K ARR to $1M+ ARR deal.
