📋 Description

‱ Direct a team of Account Executives responsible for geographically defined territories ‱ Act as the Sales Leader in sales cycle to help progressing deals with all the AE's ‱ Meet regularly with key senior stakeholders, reporting on team results and leading conversations about business direction ‱ Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real world interactions ‱ Retain a culture of agility and speed while focusing on metrics ‱ Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the team of Account Executives ‱ Work with enablement teams to ensure appropriate training needs are flagged ‱ Identify and execute ways to innovate our model and work cross-functionally

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5 years experience scaling Sales functions in a high growth environment ‱ Experience using MEDDPICC qualification framework and the upfront contract ‱ Strong communication, people, and system building skills ‱ Extensive experience in sales, and considerable software experience in SaaS/Customer Support/Sales/CRM ‱ Fluent in English and French ‱ Flexibility to travel extensively ‱ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
