📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a professional and timely manner • Coordinate with the US team to support client onboarding sessions over video calls • Provide clear and concise product guidance to clients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Log and track support requests and feedback for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable speaking with clients on video calls • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Willingness to learn technical aspects of the product (training will be provided) • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • 2-3 years of Customer Support or Customer Service experience
