Description

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with the customer care team, product leadership, stakeholders and engineers. • Create a UX strategy for current and future products. • Design and maintain a company wide design system encompassing fonts, colors, icons, and other branding materials • Develop and maintain responsive design guidelines. • Create original graphical interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets and apply them to user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Design, prepare and present rough drafts, storyboards and high fidelity mockups to internal teams for product enhancements. • Ensure UI elements follow best practices for responsiveness, usability, and accessibility. • Create surveys and conduct user/industry studies to gather feedback on customer’s ease of use and satisfaction using company’s new, proposed or existing websites and products, and incorporate feedback into appropriate designs and UX.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX and UI design, with a strong background in responsive design. • Solid familiarity with iOS and Android design patterns. • Portfolio of design projects • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. • The ability to troubleshoot HTML, CSS and comparable languages. • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategies and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Very organized with high attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
