📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise and veterinary support to poultry customers and external stakeholders in the assigned territory • Ensure scientific resources and technical activities deliver customer value and competitive advantage • Provide territory-level customer support and collaborate closely with field colleagues • Enable the team to provide scientific and technical support on animal health, diagnostics, and disease control • Own and implement the marketing strategy for the designated area’s product portfolio and services • Plan, implement, and coordinate Key Opinion Leader management plans • Contribute customer and market knowledge to Poultry Business Unit strategic plans • Develop and deliver value-added services such as serology, PCR, and hatchery-related activities • Monitor market, industry trends, competition, product portfolio opportunities, and account plans • Plan field visits, understand field-force issues, and monitor attitudes, skills, morale, and effectiveness • Provide veterinary insight at company meetings, events, training, and projects • Provide technical support to customers • Coach, monitor, provide feedback, train, and support the team • Monitor KPIs to drive target-customer coverage, frequency, and growth • Support strategic messages and marketing programs for the field force • Provide market input to marketing teams • Collaborate with Learning & Development on technical training • Work with Pharmacovigilance and regulatory teams on communications and support • Maintain business conduct, compliance, pharmacovigilance, veterinary policy, travel and expenses, and local code standards • Ensure proper conduct of clinical demonstrations and accurate business records

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in veterinary medicine is required • Valid passport • Valid 4-wheeler driving license • IT literate; able to use standard business software and communication tools • Presentation skills • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the animal health industry is desirable • Experience presenting to larger groups of industry KOLs and at industry meetings • Good command of spoken and written English • Knowledge of multiple regional languages is an added advantage • Advanced technical and veterinary skills and knowledge • Knowledge of working in diagnostic labs is an added advantage • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information clearly and concisely • Customer centricity and strong service orientation • Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal, and influencing abilities • Analytical thinking and robust decision-making using sound interpretation of information • Effective stakeholder management • Ability to travel regularly within India (70%) and occasionally internationally
