📋 Description

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle across all South East Asian verticals and markets • Bring forecasts, retailer demand, inventory and factory capacity into one agreed supply plan • Build forecasts with the commercial team and retail partners • Place factory orders accounting for lead times, MOQs and launch timings • Track stock from factory to retailer DC, preventing out-of-stocks and overstock • Sequence shipments to arrive when retailers can receive them • Hold distributors and importers of record accountable for order handling, shipments, documentation and service levels • Work with retail partners on POs, delivery schedules, DC bookings and stock data • Resolve supply issues quickly • Coordinate product registrations and import permits in each market • Benchmark freight, customs and delivery costs and transit times across markets • Work with partners to close operational gaps • Own the operations scorecard, including service level, forecast accuracy, weeks of cover, stock turns and logistics cost • Standardise processes to add markets without adding complexity • Report to the SEA Director

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain, demand planning or operations in FMCG • At least 3 years across multiple South East Asian markets • Hands-on experience running an S&OP process • Experience building forecasts and replenishment plans • Experience managing distributors, importers of record or 3PLs • Experience setting service levels, reviewing performance and improving cost and lead times across cross-border supply chains • Working knowledge of product registration and import approvals in South East Asia, ideally for food, cosmetics or baby care • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills • ERP experience, such as SAP • Reporting tool experience, such as Power BI • A degree in supply chain, business or a related field
