• Define and execute the European sales strategy aligned with global objectives • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting • Identify and close strategic enterprise deals with key customers • Develop and manage relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients • Build and lead a regional sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Establish and grow channel and partner networks (OEMs, system integrators, distributors) • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with solutions • Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA – advantage) • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in Europe • Experience selling into data centers, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology markets • Strong understanding of complex, technical sales cycles • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel across Europe • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in liquid cooling, thermal management, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure • Background in startup or scale-up environments • Established network within the European data center ecosystem • Technical background or ability to engage with engineering stakeholders
