📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to understand objectives, identify gaps, and recommend established Pacvue platform solutions • Support client and internal-team conversations, escalating complex or custom scoping to senior BSPs • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams on client engagements and post-sales technical guidance • Communicate platform capabilities to practitioners and client teams • Support opportunities from pre-sales discovery through expansion • Flag upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collect product feedback and translate client use cases into notes for BSP and Product teams • Contribute to voice-of-customer reporting and EMEA alpha/beta programmes • Support GTM initiatives, product launches, enablement sessions, playbooks, and solution guides • Help develop demos, ROI models, and talking points • Share competitive and market observations to inform product and GTM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience • Developing grounding in programmatic advertising • Comfortable in client-facing environments • Hands-on exposure to programmatic and DSP platforms • Familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus • The Trade Desk experience is valued • Developing understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising • Experience in brand media teams, ad tech, retail media, solutions consulting, agency, or a related commercial or operational environment • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA • Ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and translate client needs into clear notes • Developing structured thinking and clear communication
