• Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and other key stakeholders at campuses, demonstrating how 12twenty can be a valuable resource for their campus community, including staff, employers, and students/alumni. • Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of Career Services administrators • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet the specific needs of Career Services departments and stakeholders • Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and influence product features that align with the needs of these institutions
• 3+ years of experience in higher education, ideally within Career Services, Employer Relations, or University Recruiting functions • 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred • BA/BS degree required • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline while being a strong team player • Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.
