📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of payroll clients • Ensure end-to-end payroll processing accuracy, tax compliance, and timely execution • Complete onboarding for new clients • Verify ADP setup, including tax settings, withholdings, and benefits • Identify AutoPay eligibility • Maintain proactive client communication and respond to inquiries within 24–48 business hours • Conduct client appointments as needed • Monitor completion of payroll filings and reports • Ensure deliverables reach clients promptly • Research, track, and resolve payroll notices from tax authorities • Escalate issues to management when necessary • Participate in special projects, audits, process reviews, and workflow improvement initiatives • Support rollout of new payroll procedures • Contribute to departmental goals • Serve as primary liaison between the Payroll Team and ADP for payroll-related questions, system issues, and operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred) • Minimum 2 years of related payroll experience • Experience preferably with multiple clients in a business services environment • Excellent organizational skills • Strong knowledge of payroll systems • ADP experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive communication and excellent follow-up skills • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data • Must complete mandatory security verification process on the first day • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not provided
