📋 Description

• Extract and archive historical employee records, tax filings, payroll summaries, and signed legal agreements from ADP’s read-only database • Map, upload, and structure data accurately within Rippling and designated Google Drive directories • Perform quality control and data auditing to ensure record integrity and compliance across systems • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive PII and PHI • Track migration progress and provide status updates to Payroll and HR leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of HR operations, administrative, or data coordination experience • Hands-on experience with both ADP and Rippling platforms • HRIS and payroll data migration experience strongly preferred • Expertise in data auditing, file management systems, and Google Workspace administration • Understanding of HR record retention compliance, PHI privacy standards, and PII confidentiality protocols • Experience working effectively in a 100% remote environment • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to meet tight project deadlines • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
