📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Payroll Connection Specialists • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Payroll Integrations blockers • Define team goals, OKRs, and performance metrics • Refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and scale capacity • Investigate integration issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions cross-functionally • Guide clients through technical connections across 400+ payroll providers • Serve as subject matter expert and primary liaison for Payroll Integrations • Educate internal and external business partners • Partner with stakeholders to streamline and optimize 401(k) contribution processing • Foster accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and a collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a SaaS environment or the retirement industry; payroll or 401(k) contribution processing preferred • 1–2+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or direct people management role • Proven track record managing high-volume accounts and complex projects or implementations • Experience defining goals, success metrics, and KPIs to drive team productivity • Ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and execute against aggressive targets • Ability to prioritize competing demands, determine urgency, and execute detailed action plans in a fast-paced software environment • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Effective collaboration across departments and organizational levels • Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, decision-making, and team-guidance skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
