📋 Description

• Define integration patterns, data flows, and technical standards for ERP customization • Design, develop, and customize ERP modules, features, workflows, scripts, and reports using .NET/C#, SQL, and related technologies • Build and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and business applications • Translate client and business requirements into technical specifications and ERP solutions • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and business stakeholders • Lead requirements discussions, explain technical concepts, and present product and solution demonstrations • Partner with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business needs • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including ERP upgrades and migrations • Test and debug solutions for reliability, performance, and quality • Estimate development time, resources, costs, and budgets • Identify project risks and dependencies • Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user documentation • Ensure ERP solutions meet security and regulatory requirements • Evaluate ERP performance and identify optimization opportunities • Stay current on ERP technologies and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience • Degree in a related field • Strong hands-on .NET/C# and SQL experience • Hands-on ERP development and customization experience • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite • Deltek experience is highly preferred • Java and Python experience • JavaScript experience • Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL tools, and ERP data exchange • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps • Strong knowledge of database management systems and ERP architecture • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements • Strong client-facing communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable leading requirements discussions and product or solution demonstrations • Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality • Ability to own projects from start to finish and collaborate with technical teams • Ability to contribute to technical best practices and continuous improvement
