📋 Description

• Partner with clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to understand data distribution requirements • Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data mapping to support accurate client outputs • Build and maintain data distribution extracts, SQL queries, and scripts with guidance from senior team members • Support optimization of data extract scripts for performance, scalability, and reliability • Validate outputs, investigate data issues, and contribute to root cause analysis when discrepancies arise • Document requirements, workflows, data mappings, and technical decisions to support repeatable delivery • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and internal working sessions to learn requirements and communicate progress • Collaborate with teammates to solve data challenges and contribute to team culture • Bring ideas for process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent academic, project, internship, or professional experience relevant to data engineering, analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field • Strong SQL programming skills, including writing queries, analyzing data, and troubleshooting results • Exposure to data analysis, data profiling, reporting, data mapping, or data validation through coursework, internships, projects, research, or prior work experience • Interest in healthcare data and systems, including membership, claims, provider, or related healthcare datasets • Ability to work with large or complex datasets and apply analytical thinking to business and technical problems • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform root cause analysis • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and healthcare data concepts • Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark, cloud-based data platforms, Snowflake, performance tuning, query optimization, ETL, and data pipeline development are not required
