📋 Description

• Maximize business opportunities with approved on-market Parkinson’s disease drug-device combination products • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advanced Practice Providers, healthcare professionals, nurses, executives, department managers, and support staff • Increase education on product benefits and risks and awareness of therapeutic gaps in compliance with approved labels • Develop new business, expand current business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales to achieve the assigned product portfolio sales plan • Build and maintain compliant relationships with Parkinson’s advocacy organizations, support groups, and other patient-supporting groups • Deliver on-label technical and scientific presentations and sales calls using approved data and resources • Understand and address customer needs and build account relationships benefiting patients and healthcare professionals • Partner with AbbVie field and in-house teams to identify, design, or adapt approaches and tactics • Serve as lead US Commercial contact for targeted accounts in the assigned geography • Create, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts • Monitor and report sales progress and provide routine stakeholder communications • Attend and participate in neurology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, and advocacy events • Represent AbbVie and assigned products at events to build relationships and provide on-label product education • Channel key information, developments, and findings to internal stakeholders • Create and develop business strategies and territory account plans, align resources, and adjust tactics as needed • Remain current on clinical, market, payer, and Parkinson’s Disease developments • Complete required training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • 3+ years of Health Science Field or Sales experience • Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales • In lieu of degree: 8+ years of Health Science Sales experience with minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas • Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments • Must satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials • May require background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific licenses required by individual states or cities • Must drive a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment
