📋 Description

• Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound calls, emails, and social prospecting • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging and collateral • Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements • Work with customer success to support seamless onboarding • Manage the detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting • Represent ABC Fitness at industry events • Complete quarterly business plans and expense reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing mid-level accounts or fitness industry experience • Proven top-tier performance, ranking in the top 25% • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, including outbound lead generation • Experience with MEDDIC methodology • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles • Proficiency with Salesforce, Nooks, or similar tools • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment • Familiarity with the North American health and fitness industry strongly preferred
