📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end Marketing Cloud architectures including data models, automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and cross-cloud integrations. • Configure and deploy SFMC components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and CloudPages. • Design and optimize data extensions, contact models, API integrations, and data ingestion processes. • Build custom solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and API frameworks. • Gather requirements from marketing and business teams, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions. • Conduct solution testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deployments. • Provide training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to internal teams. • Partner with Salesforce CRM, CDP, and external system owners to ensure seamless data flow and unified customer experiences. • Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and system health; recommend improvements. • Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy regulations, security standards, and governance frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions. • Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders. • Design and deliver Email Studio solutions, including A/B testing. • Report and analyze email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. • Deliver marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. • Mentor team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a technical or solution engineering capacity. • Strong proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder; ideally Mobile Studio and Cloud Pages. • Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Solid understanding of relational data models, segmentation logic, and marketing automation best practices. • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external systems. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding how to build a custom preference center. • Conceptual understanding to establish data models, work with APIs, and configurations. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. • Experience mentoring team members. • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred). • Experience with Data 360 is a plus.
