📋 Description

• Develop assessment and service solutions, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services • Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to provide consultative guidance, define strategy, and create statements of work • Analyze technical and competitive considerations to align solutions with customer requirements and enhance business outcomes • Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to drive growth • Build and maintain relationships with key partners • Own assigned territory strategy and establish consistent engagement with customers, partners, and vendors • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple solution families • Lead outreach initiatives, enablement efforts, coaching, and mentoring for solution architects • Develop and deliver training content for team members and broader audiences • Act as a trusted advisor and expand CDW services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience OR 9 years of relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or delivery role • Strong knowledge of architecture, products, technologies, and solutions within Hybrid Infrastructure • Ability to collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and influence decisions • Strong customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to design solutions and solve complex problems • Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate concepts into business value • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Ability to maintain at least three partner technical certifications • Curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and willingness to engage with evolving technology and tools • Readiness to explore, adapt, and grow with AI integration
