📋 Description

• Convert warm leads into loan sales and close sales within 1–2 calls • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages • Identify customer pain points such as medical debt and home repairs • Explain how Achieve’s personal loan products provide solutions • Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets • Navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs during sales conversations • Help members improve their financial situations through digital personal finance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience • Outbound call center experience preferred • Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles • Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining a high-energy conversation • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday • Ability to work during business hours of 8:00am-10:00pm CST • Must be located in Texas or Florida
