📋 Description

• Formulate and establish funding projections/goals with Wholesale leadership. • Contact prospective mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval. • Develop and implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list. • Conduct large-group presentations at broker offices. • Serve as subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, products, and technology. • Collaborate with loan operations to manage the active pipeline. • Escalate second reviews to Operations/Underwriting leadership. • Establish communication protocols with Client Relations Managers. • Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions, and exceptions. • Explain loan processing, underwriting, and closing processes. • Provide rate sheets and product guidelines. • Provide technical training and support for the company technology platform. • Grow funded loan volume market share and approved broker base within the designated territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in a related discipline; Equivalent job/education experience will be considered. • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate. • 2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products, i.e.: FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC and related guidelines. • Knowledge of local real estate market. • Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies and loan products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Smart phone meeting Company security standards with ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator; employment contingent on this requirement.
