📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and others to shape solutions to real-world challenges • Develop key product features and workflows that improve access to medical technologies • Use data insights to identify product enhancements, resolve performance issues, and discover opportunities • Help streamline processes and strengthen team culture • Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies to improve scale and speed • Mentor and support up-and-coming engineers • Build with agentic tools such as Claude Code and Codex and push the boundaries of agentic development • Work on end-to-end web and mobile features across current and future product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer working in the product domain • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Full stack proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and other Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies • Eligible work permit in the USA required • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where driving impact is essential • Curiosity and interest in learning and working with the latest technologies • Team-oriented approach with empathy and leadership by example
