📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles from intake through offer • Conduct high-quality sourcing and rigorous technical screening • Partner with other R&D recruiters to divide and cover requisition load • Recruit for roles supporting AI initiatives and develop suitable sourcing strategies • Use recruitment metrics and market insight to advise hiring managers on pipeline health, talent availability, and competitive positioning • Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for passive talent in niche technical and AI communities • Lead calibration syncs with hiring managers to refine requirements, set interview standards, and align candidate profiles • Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks • Represent Addepar's mission and technical challenges to R&D candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles, or ability to quickly learn that talent market and its sourcing channels • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team covering shared territory • Proactive communication and coordination with recruiting counterpart • Ability to adapt style and influence hiring-manager decisions with data • Fluency in compensation benchmarking • Ability to translate complex technical work into a compelling candidate story • Comfort with ambiguity and metrics-driven strategy • Commitment to a transparent, high-touch candidate experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship • Authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment
