📋 Description

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of select Strategic National Account Partners • Implement sales strategy and provide daily service support • Monitor sell-through activity and achieve sales targets • Develop new business opportunities and growth channels • Serve as management-level point of contact for assigned strategic national accounts • Build peer support and internal company relationships • Establish productive relationships with the sales team through communication, collaboration, and marketing investment allocation • Develop and plan account strategies • Manage the sales process • Recommend and engage in resource deployment for each channel • Provide leadership and coaching to sales team members • Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives • Lead field forecasting efforts • Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction • Use company technology and reporting • Manage COOP marketing budgets and vendor agreements • Meet assigned channel quotas for sales, service, and strategic objectives • Allocate company support resources and budgets efficiently • Achieve strategic channel objectives • Provide world-class customer service and support • Report to the Director of National Accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Four year college degree • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience • PC proficiency • Strong communication skills • Consumer Retail experience • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, typically 8-10 hours a day, with occasional bending • Pulling and reaching with hands and arms • Ability to perform routine hand, fingers, and arm movements, including keyboarding and mousing • Ability to see, hear, speak, and communicate effectively • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds • Dedicated, professional workspace meeting Remote Work Policy expectations
