📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain core data infrastructure powering analytics • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business professionals to understand the operational business model and translate it into data solutions • Support finance data modeling • Manage data integrations for the current Oracle EBS ERP system • Drive the upcoming migration to Workday • Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and AWS • Build modular, scalable dbt Core data models using Medallion architecture with Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers • Translate complex financial workflows into reliable data solutions • Write reusable, efficient, and scalable Python and SQL code • Enforce data governance, security best practices, and RBAC across pipelines • Establish automated data quality testing frameworks, data observability, and comprehensive documentation • Monitor cloud costs through resource usage analysis and Snowflake query optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3-5 years of industry experience • Extensive experience with Snowflake and proven expertise in designing scalable data solutions in AWS • Deep expertise in dbt Core, Medallion architecture principles, dimensional modeling techniques, and complex data transformations • Proven experience with finance data modeling and a strong understanding of enterprise ERP systems • Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and RBAC to securely handle and protect sensitive enterprise financial data • Advanced SQL skills for querying databases and proficiency in Python for data processing • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
