📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack • Build Agora interfaces and reliable backend infrastructure • Work closely with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers to gather requirements • Prototype quickly and ship with confidence • Reason about user experience, backend systems, API designs, and database schemas • Own products from first prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond • Build foundational infrastructure for the future of money and stablecoin adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React preferred) • Fluency with relational databases and SQL • Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden • Strong product instincts and an eye for good design; ability to work from a Figma file and push back when appropriate • Comfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development • MVP mindset: ability to scope a milestone, ship it, learn from it, and iterate fast • Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing • Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environments • Majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours required • United States work location
