📋 Description

• Own and drive consultative customer engagements to deliver exceptional business outcomes through AiDASH’s satellite-powered AI technology • Develop working relationships with C-suite executives and front-line field staff • Understand customer business objectives, needs, and challenges • Identify critical problems and lead customers through complex analytics • Craft tailored strategies using satellite-powered AI technology • Lead cross-functional teams across analytics, data science, product, sales, and delivery • Serve as the voice of the customer for R&D and influence new product development • Workshop capabilities with Data Science, Engineering, and Geospatial Analytics teams • Own the customer journey end-to-end • Collaborate across AiDASH departments to implement and deploy product solutions • Lead change-management efforts and guide customers through transitions • Ensure products integrate into customer workflows within time and budget constraints • Drive successful, long-term customer adoption and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, digital product consulting, analytics, or large-scale complex B2B SaaS deployments • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver impactful client projects • Experience making measurable change happen with diverse stakeholders in operational environments • Strong customer empathy and initiative • Ability to work in customer field environments, including wearing a hardhat and work boots • Ability to quickly absorb information and translate it into customer value • Ability to build strategic relationships and manage diverse stakeholder interests • Effective communication and ability to navigate ambiguity • Real-time problem-solving skills • Active listening and compelling storytelling • Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration • Post-graduate degree in a business discipline from a Tier I institution is advantageous, not required
