📋 Description

• Act as the senior engineering representative for several highly sensitive customers • Serve as the main point of contact for engineering support and deployment services • Direct regular, special and integrated system test programs • Prepare and conduct special reports and presentations pertinent to company products and services, field operations or other applications • Plan, prepare and conduct on-the-job training as required • Provide work leadership for lower level employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering or a related field of study, OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 11 years experience performing IT deployments or service delivery contracts in an end user/customer environment • 8 years experience working directly with and supporting end users in an IC environment • 8 years experience implementing and staffing IT deployment teams, operations, help desks and other customer support functions • Must possess active TS/SCI security clearance • Ability to travel 50% to 75%
