📋 Description

• Develop Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and supporting Dataverse or SharePoint components • Implement data validation, user experience patterns, role-based access, error handling, auditability, and notifications • Build solution packages and participate in disciplined ALM, source control, release, and environment-promotion practices • Integrate applications with approved APIs, flat-file exports, SharePoint, Azure services, and enterprise data sources • Support peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT defect resolution, and production readiness • Document application configuration, support procedures, and user guidance • Work across multiple languages and platforms • Design and implement architectural decisions and apply design patterns, cloud-native services, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS basics, and secure coding practices • Integrate and troubleshoot distributed or cloud services and optimize performance and scalability • Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Work directly with clients, write technical RFP content when needed, nurture client relationships, and manage routine client concerns

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building business applications with Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Fx, connectors, solution packaging, and Power Platform ALM • Ability to implement complex forms, conditional workflows, and robust data-validation logic • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and secure integration practices • Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills • Experience with Power Platform in GCC High or regulated environments (nice to have) • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors (nice to have) • Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification (nice to have)
