• Build a new platform for Adheris from the ground up • Turn architecture into a working platform • Use agentic AI tools to ship at a pace traditional development cycles cannot match • Work directly alongside the Director of Engineering and AI Platform Engineering • Help establish engineering patterns for a greenfield system
🎯 Requirements
• Solid production engineering fundamentals • Practical experience using AI coding tools in real development work • Genuine appetite to build depth in cloud and data engineering • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated environments, including HIPAA and PHI handling, is a plus
