📋 Description

• Design and own shared test automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services • Build and maintain test execution infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale • Develop flaky-test detection and triage tooling • Partner with engineering teams to raise test coverage and testing maturity • Embed quality practices into the development workflow • Develop tooling for test environment provisioning and test data management • Develop tooling for parallelized test execution to keep feedback loops fast • Instrument and monitor test infrastructure health, including pass rates, run times, and flakiness • Drive down friction points that slow engineering teams • Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for effective automated testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, QE engineering, or backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus • Deep experience designing and building test automation frameworks and tooling, such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or Cypress • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages • Experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes and AWS • Experience with containerized test environments • Familiarity with API/integration testing • Familiarity with end-to-end testing for web and mobile, such as React Native • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Drive and proactivity • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
