📋 Description

• Monitor the service delivery process to ensure studies are reported timely by the Radiologist • Assist Radiologist with outreach to ordering physicians • Expedite cases through various systems • Follow up on all unread cases and completion of stat cases • Escalate cases to management and Chief Radiologist for cases pending more than 24 hours • Monitor Radiologist workload and redirect as needed to ensure timely reporting • Conduct outreach to facilities to obtain prior imaging records and reports for timely cross-referencing of exams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent experience • Knowledge of Excel and Word • Highly motivated, productive, accurate, and analytical • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills • Familiarity with medical terminology
